    Monster Hunter 4G [3DS] late 2014 release/ MH 4 Ultimate 2015

    So says famitsu.
And praise be... Save data from MH4 will carry over. Not sure how much (in terms of weapons/ armour etc) but at least it's something.

And the announcement of MH 4 Ultimate - early 2015

Wonder if the UK will get MH4 before 4G lands more importantly for 90% of us.

If Capcom had sense, they would bring 4G out at the same time everywhere.

Historically the west always get the 'G/ Ultimate' versions instead of the original (barring a few exceptions with Tri) and at least 8 or so months after the Japanese get their hands on the G versions.

So I hope you've got a lot to play until 2015 then.

Oh man. I've got to buy another LL now.
              Kept you waiting, huh?

I felt like I barely scratched the surface with 4, given that my usual offline co-op gang are all on PAL machines. Great news that this is coming and all, but more than anything I hope that there's some news soon of a western version. Also, a WiiU version would be nice...

NICE! Will probably skip the J-G then.

Great news - only worry for me now is whether I'll be able to play with UK chums on a US console.

I wonder how hard Nintendo are begging Capcom for a WiiU version.

I won be bothering with MH4 U, as for one, I got my save data to carry over, and the second issue is DLC. I just can't trust Capcom to bring everything over like the hash job they did with 3U.

                        RE: fuse

I presume it'll be like the wiiU version, where USA/ EU are joined, but JPN is seperate. You know, to keep the majority of those dirty gaijin out.

                        But who knows.

See, my issue is a little more complex than that as I was playing MH3U on a PAL WiiU with local chums on PAL 3DS systems. My 3DS systems are NTSC-J and NTSC-U though, and from everything I heard, I'd not be able to port my save from WiiU to either 3DS. I'm not even sure NTSC-U and PAL 3DS systems are compatible locally, either. I'd really like to avoid buying a third region of 3DS, but if anything's going to make me do it, it'll be MH4U.

Oi, I've not made any comments about that in weeks. I'm glad I can post at all with all the uni work I have.
