Now this is why I bought an Xbox One. Oh man, I can't wait. After seeing that demo I'm going to update my Amazon US shipping to express delivery. I've got to play this. As for the demo. Hmm, I want it but I also want to go in to the real game not knowing quite what to expect.

It still galls me that it's not a complete game. Car packs released along the way will mostly include cars they've already made in Forza 5. I was bored of collecting them in that. I want to have a game. Not to have dribs and drabs fed to me for monies.

I don't mind Battlefield because they are selling new maps that take and age to design and build and provide masses of extra entertainment. What is a season pass for Forza Horizon 2 going to give me? Cars they've already made a year ago.... And then there's VIP membership for a few select cars. Who falls for this stuff? Were the cars in the DLC packs in Forza Horizon 1 any better than the original cars? If so, that's going to suck even more.

This was the thing that spoiled Forza 5 for me - I spent a week grinding for pittance and then they gave me 3 times what I'd ground in a week just for having played other games. Which suggests the grind profile was broken.

Those of you that bought the first game, did you feel the need to buy any DLC or was it fine standalone?

Downloading the Horizons 2 demo now but it's 10GB! and boy is the download slow. I have a 1GBPS connection but fat chance that's going to get me the demo any quicker than someone with a 50MBPS connection.
