Good news I think. The game to me looks ropey as it stands. I think a few extra months could do it some good.

Yeah none of the early impressions were exactly stellar, just hope it's not too far in to 2016 for you Wii U owners.

Any chance that this is a 'soft' way of starting to nudge it back into NX release zone territory, like with what must be happening with Zelda? And this mystery new Pikmin. Can't see the point of them putting in extra effort on the first new Star Fox game in ages just to release on the Wii U in 2016 as it's on the cusp of getting mothballed (if that's what NX entails...).

I'd kind of love that to be the case but I think Zero is just a budget title made to flesh out the schedule and only delayed due to the weak reception. Zelda is totally NX'd by now though

Could be that. But if it is the case why bother wasting resource polishing it? Just poop it out now, that and the Metroid Space-Soccer game for 3DS, and forget.

They needed to do something, the graphics looked like a tarted up Phantasy Star online and had less going on screen that Rebel Strike on Gamecube.

Can see this arriving on the next Nintendo console as the WiiU just needs putting out of its misery.

Would have been a great end of year party to have zelda and this but Fallout 4 will keep me well amused until we see these for sale.
