Yes! I played that bloody ?4.99 demo from Electronics Boutique more than some of the full priced PS2 games I played.

I liked the first black ops but the second is the worst COD multiplayer game to date.

I enjoyed Black ops 2 a lot, was the last one I got good mileage from. Without doubt my worst entry vote would go to Ghosts.

For me, the series is at a point now where Activision needs to recognise the peak is likely past and needs to focus more on ensuring longevity. I'd like to see the MP pared back in many ways and the old map design approaches resumed. The newer games are far too multi-routed and open ended to avoid camping but it's robbed the tactical element from the series that made the earlier entries work so well.

Would love a return to WW2, or even a return to the vietnam setting of BLOPS. Neither will happen though because creatively the future setting allows them to more easily come up with "care package idea's" etc.
Also i agree on the multi route map design being ****, go back to chokepoints please, and anyone that wants to bitch about camping can play CTF or domination.

Will never be daft enough to buy day one ever again though....in fact if dedicated servers are not provided, this will never get a look in again.

They'd probably have the biggest smash in years if they simply did a "best of" release. Best maps of mw/mw2/blops, rebalanced with new perks/care packages etc.

This is the reason I stopped playing Call of Duty. I was huge into the first title and also the second when it came to multiplayer, later CoD4 on PC. MW2 was announced to not have dedicated servers on PC. I was out as soon as I read that and haven't played since.

At least the map design and idea's flowed in mw2 still, which made the matchmaking p2p connection almost acceptable.

Another future warfare. Another rinse & repeat formula of play that hasn't changed in nearly 10 yrs. Activision, yet again, milking a franchise to death without any regard for the punters.

Best future warfare game out there right now? Titanfall. That's all I need

Played Modern Warefare 2 finally. Definitely not as bad as everyone made out but there's some hellish choke points.

i.e. The entire campaign set in brazil.

Tempted to download the third but black ops looks more appealing due to the fresh setting.

Love how there was three WW2 based Call of Duty games and the industry arrived at the conclusion that ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH.

And now here we are again in the same place with future technology.

I wouldn't mind seeing another WW2 Call of Duty to be honest, modern technology could produce something really breathtaking.
