It looks decent but it also looks like a massive copyright infrigement case waiting to happen. Homage is one thing but that is looking pretty much exact, if I was them I'd have changed the theme, sprites etc

That's normal. Manufacturing carts is expensive and they have low production numbers. I think their earlier games went for even more.
