Ripping Turrican off is one thing but to rip Metal Slug off on the host system is beyond cheeky. ?200 or so for the AES cart is probably pocket change for serious NEO collectors though.

        Mega Enterprise got there first.

Poor NG: DEV seem to get slated every time they announce something new, amazingly they actually seem to listen to the constructive criticism amongst the trolling. They've already said they'll address many of the issues the trailer raised.

If this was on PC or smartphone they wouldn't get nearly as much grief but I for one think it's great they choose an established arcade platform and wish other indie devs did the same.

And yes, I pre-ordered. I agree that they should try something original but I love Metal Slug and it looks like a lot of work has gone into it already. Happy to support this sort of venture. If I don't like it I'll sell it on easy enough.

did you read my answer to your initial question? yes, Germany surrendered. too late unfourtunately, to safe the lifes of hundrethousands of civilians and a lot of big cities from total obliteration.

but what does this have to do with the performance of the German forces? you think they are to blame? also, i doubt even if the war had went according to plans (Japan attacking Soviets in the east, Moscow and oild fields catptured, succesful invasion of Britain etc.) it could have been ultimately "won".

Germany was destined and even declared to be destroyed long before WW2 started, as it was becoming too powerful and offsetting the balance of power. if you are into history and want to know some truth about WW1+2 i can highly recommend you the book "The myth of German villainy" by the american author Benton Bradburry.
