      indeed it is.
So get some friends together, buy it collectively, then COUGHburnCOUGH yourselves a COUGHgameCOUGH each.
      its as easy as pie.

As for price, before you buy it, be warned, if you have played and loved SOTN first, it may be a bit of a let down. Sure, it has cool anime cartoon cut scenes, with really good voice overs, but the gameplay is traditional CV gaming. No non-linear maps here.

At first I didnt like it so much having first played sotn, but it slowly grew on me. Its much more an action game than SOTN was, and I actually died in some places, unlike SOTN.

Its not really fair to compare to PSX masterpiece though, they are both from different generations of CV gaming.

Castlevania 4 is the only one I like in the series. Its a shame that the guys that made it moved on to form Treasure, maybe Konami could commision them to make a true Castlevania 5.

SOTN is too much like Metroid for my liking. Its not a bad game but it lacks everything that made No4 such a classic.

Whatever you do, don`t play the Pal version, it is really bad.

Treasure are to Konami as Doak was to Rare = gone, with a golden era taken with them. You are the one exception. Everyone else in the free world saw the beauty of SotN, which doesn't make you wrong but makes you....um..."unusual".

Look to the GBA incarnations to find what you are really after. Underestimated games, on the whole. But nothing tops SotN. Even though SFC CV is great, SotN makes it look like a crayon drawing.
          Fact.
