I got a VF4E PS-2 and SC-2 GC, both Hori sticks, for the grand total
of 80quid including 4 day EMS shipping from Play-Asia - http://www.play-asia.com/ ordered a few things from these guys now and they are pretty cool so far.

C stick - A+B, A+K, B+K, A+B+K

There are 3 defined setups (of which the default actually maps 100% arcade accurate to the Hori stick), plus the feature to pick whatever button you want for each action...
