I started EDF recently but I've ended up spending more time this week trying to get through the Outer Wilds. No FP thread again, sigh.

Soon as I'm done I'm back to EDF while it's still got its spot in the hearts and minds of the people.

EDF5.

EDIT: This game just totally clicks with me.

I mean, I knew I'd like the series as I've loved Kaiju movies for decades, but it just works.
EDF5 has a few tricks up its sleeves, but there's a lot of repetition from earlier games, but it's still so much damn fun.

Normally, when a game is complete, that's it, but with EDF, it feels like that's the start.
I can't wait to go back to earlier levels with better weapons and health and trying again and then to bump up the difficulty to get more sweet weapons.

It's no fun getting decimated, but retreating, changing weapons or class then going again and winning is so rewarding.

EDF! EDF!

RESI V remaster on XB1. Just done the siege/executioner bit in the village near the start. Forgot how tough it is first time around, died three times and got proper sweaty palms!

Forgot you could use the shop between continues and sell the booty you gained before dying. A very nice touch, means you can incrementally upgrade and make the game slightly less tough each time if you keep dying on a section. Forgot about that.

Also noticed it felt a bit 'off' to begin with then realised the camera is zoomed out slightly further on this version. Changed it to 'default' and it's loads better, how it used to be, it's easier to aim.

Damn it, the shooting is so fun in this game. So good.

I completed Rise Of The Tomb Raider. Excellent adventure game. I love how you can play it at any pace you like, exploring as much or as little as you want. £5 definitely well spent.

Back on New Vegas. Playing it as Lord Sugar, now, it's all about ca$h for me, Wall Street FTW!!!!!

I just wanna be rich, rich, rich.

In FO3 I never bothered with the buying n' selling, this time round I'm a different beast.

As I'm Lord Sugar, all I see in the wasteland is profit, power, plus the opportunity to recruit my next Apprentice.

Believe it or not, I need to find three packs of Sugar Bombs to complete this current mission.

So I fast-travelled back to the Nipton General Store thinking I could buy or steal some, I forgot the obnoxious 'Boxcars' was there. HATE the obnoxious bastard. What price politeness, murfurrk???!

Anyhoo, only found one pack of Sugar Bombs and swiped it. Spoke to Boxcars hoping I could trade and he was just horrible and obnoxious again. Absolute dead end.

So, I crept behind him, pulled out my 44, said "you're fired" in my best Lord Sugar voice and took his head off with one shot in a sneak attack, in fact it bounced off a display. He was dead wood to my business.

The quest for my Apprentice shall continue.

Yeeeeeah, hoovering up all the 'pointless' stuff that seems not to mean owt. I've only just realised loose cigarettes always sell for 1 bottlecap but take no weight up at all and are literally EVERYWHERE.

Where there's muck there's brass, pick up every ciggie you cast your eyes upon!!!

Where's your base?
That Dino motel was mine and I'd keep weapons in the wardrobe, food and consumables in the drawers and all the crap in a side table.

I've been playing EDF 5.

Wherever I lay my hat is my home at the mo. I'm fluidly looting and selling, I sleep on many different beds.

Oddly and coincidentally, I've only just started hanging around the dino bit, I've been on the side missions mainly. I quite fancy the motel rooms at the back.

Unfortunately, there's an obnoxious sniper in the dino's mouth. I won't be happy 'til I take his head off and clear the place out but he's part of a mission I haven't started so I can't, yet.

Can't WAIT to take that bonce off! Have a guess what I'm gonna say? "YOU'RE FIRED", that's what.

I've never thought of having a base but you've got me thinking. Gotta be a penthouse suite on The Strip for Lord Sugar!!!!

(might also make a second home near that granny prozzie as well, I reckon she's the hottest of the three choices and I've been back thrice).

Also on a Fallout tip, I've been getting back into Fallout 4, having played it for about 10 hours when it came out and not touching it since. Brilliant atmosphere and, once you get used to the engine's little quirks and glitches, good fun.

I've been really enjoying exploring the map on my own and ignoring the main story for the most part, though I have progressed that a decent amount too. Accidentally killed the trader Smiling Larry after mistaking him and his mate for raiders, but I don't think it'll make much of a difference in the long run. Sorry Larry.

Also ditched the camp robot to get the dog back again.

I tried The Sims 4 yesterday because it was free with PS+.

The dude I created is flirting with his housemate. I'm looking forward to seeing how things play out.

I couldn't think of a name so the game gave me a random one:

Brett Chatman.

Perfect.

It's a bit annoying to control with the pad but it's also on EA Origin Basic so I might give that a go.

Back to The Division 2. Time to storm some strongholds and up my World Tier before boarding hunting down those Warlords of new York! Can't wait for that. Looks like The Division at it's best.

Been jumping between Dragon quest 11 & Ninokuni II this week, doing post game for both. Finally maxed out all of my kingdom in ninokuni II still levelling up but i'm still not at level 100 and i need to be at level 150 to tackle some of the other DLC quests so i'm grinding in the labyrinth and faraway forest while gathering mats to make some of the best gear in the game. Managed to level up all of the higgldys in the game.

On DQ11 i'm just maxing out character stats as i have done the main story, farming the various seeds to complete the final few characters skill trees and try and get everyones stats as high as i can. Been amassing gold and tokens currently have 8 and a half million gold stored in the bank and about 3 million tokens at the casino which i'll be using to buy pep pips and pep pops to help with gathering seeds as they are very hard to get normally as you need to have certain combionations of pepped up characters when battling rare monsters. Still have quite a lot of quests still to complete and a handful of trophies to get so it's keeping me pleasantly busy. Man i wish DQ12 would be made i miss advernturing in these worlds i need a new epic DQ adventure but i have a feeling they wont make another for PS4.

I should really resume my DQ11 playrhrough. How do you rate it, importaku?

I've mostly been playing Call of Duty MW (online Hardcore Search and Destroy, Domination, TDM, Plunder and Warzone).

Fire Pro Wrestling World - an excellent wrestling game. The amount of move animations is bonkers.
