All Base.com preoders for Super Mario 3D All Stars have apparently been canceled due to Nintendo not supplying them with enough copies. ShopTo have marked the game as Sold Out. Getting worried now!

The Switch and it's big first party titles sell bonanza figures as evergreens throughout the systems life and a collection of this type was always going to be a highly popular choice. Nintendo's approach to it's release is needless and will probably generate as much annoyance as it does good will. Utter prats they are for making it limited edition. Presumably to drive demand, bolster sales for the system that's clearly suffering from a major development pipeline drought and crying children on Xmas day who's poor beleaguered parents can't get hold of it be damned.
