however nintendo have announced they are releasing bayo 1 as a physical cart this year for the euro region so worst case you have to buy them seperate but you will be able to get both in cart form without paying through the ass for that jpn limited edition which is now scalped to hell & back. Actually, I'm just reading about it. It doesn't sound like it's a direct port of the PS3 version (the ****e one). That had serious issues where the combo counter couldn't keep up with the pacing of the game, even leading to the game fluffing recognition for inputs and hit connections. Imagine playing a pinball machine with temperamental scoring features which are then further exacerbated by multi-ball.. That was just one of the things wrong with it.
The PS4 version should be running at 60FPS all the time, so there is that. We'd hope that it's a port done by Platinum while they were working on the PC release. I've not played it myself so I can't really recommend it.

Yeah, the Wii U version is alright. There's nothing wrong with it, but I was never a fan of the v-sync they added to it in an attempt to lock it in at 60FPS. Due to that, when it can't hold 60 it drops to 30, and in my experience it spent more time at 30 than it did at 60. I still much prefer the 360 version with the screen tearing - at least that has leeway to dip to 50+ when it needs to (which it does, all the time).Comment

Since starting to WFH much of the time, I've gone right off PC gaming. I just don't want to use the computer outside of work hours. It's why I'm getting a Steam Deck as I plan to use that, plus docked with the living room TV. Same problem I have mate. I recently got a new computer and it’s great fun trying out games and emulators that were previously off limits to me, but there’s something depressing about sitting in the same chair literally all day and all evening.
Disco Elysium was worth it though. I know it’s on console but I’ve always hated playing CRPGs on a TV.Comment
