Our retailer here has 'sold out' of pre-orders and doesn't have a waiting list in place for new ones.
I know this problem isn't limited to Nintendo stuff, but It's a bit of a ****ing joke. The whole point of pre-orders is supposed to be about getting your name on a waiting list so you don't have to deal with time-wasting bull****. Pre-orders are now nothing more than a partial sale in advance, which are limited by stock.
I didn't really want one anyway (no time to play anything at all these days) - it just would have been nice to maybe make use of this big stack of Switch games I have in a box. I'll wait until Triangle Strategy is a little closer before trying again.
For Christmas we'll buy Lego and miniature painting stuff instead.Comment

No doubt that the OG artwork is iconic (I posted as much in the no-text artwork gallery thread!), but WayForward have clearly done it justice with their modern take on it.

This randomly popped up on youtube, instantly fell in love with it. Super cozy environment to explore it's adorable i ended up blowing the £5.99 on it well a couple of quid less as i cashed in those gold points i had sitting in my uk account. It's a bit rough around the edges but the charm totally negates that, played for a few hours and started getting my campsites built it's relaxing stress free fun.
