I loved the Artful Escape. It's so simple but as a blast through with headphones on its a great way to pass a few hours.

So my £1 gamepass finally runs out in February and I’ve only got an og Xbox 1 in the lounge (my sons have a series s and a 1x respectively) I’ve been thinking about Xbox all access to compliment the PS5. Any comments on pros and cons?

All Access would be a good deal if it wasn't for the fact that it seems so easy to secure years of Game Pass Ultimate for much less than RRP. Although I'm not fully up to date, I believe you can still buy up to 3 years of Gold then convert it for £1 to 3 years of GPU, costing you about ~£130 total or about ~£3.60 a month.

With All Access you're paying the full RRP of £10.99 per month.

Thanks Wakka. I thought it was a one time deal think. I got about 2 years out of it by buying multiple years and converting. I just presumed they’d closed that loophole…

I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure you can actually do it more than once, but you need to let your current GPU fully expire first. Someone else on here will know for sure though. [MENTION=3756]Stakers[/MENTION]

Year you can but your gpu & xblg have to be expired. I had a gpu trial for 3 months, let it expire a few days, got 3 years of xblg off Amazon (or wherever) and upgraded to gpu for £1.

I dithered on buying one from Smyths Portsmouth and they’re out of stock now. Still got a ton to get through on PS5 but I’ve got that Christmas new toy feeling. Go get one!

Could be worse, you could bring a standard one home which she’ll be mad at, then months later bring a halo sp edition one in as well 😁

Checked my payslip this morning and I've had an Xmas bonus.

Series X arrives from Amazon tomorrow.

Such a silly game but very enjoyable, likewise the Gunk is quite enjoyable too its the perfect thing for game pass as i think if id picked it up for say £20 id feel short changed at £5 an hour as its over very soon. It's not going to win any game of the year awards as its very linear and very very easy, but theirs something very therapeutic about it. Exploring this laid back non threatening Alien environment scanning stuff and hovering up all this gunk to bring places back to life makes for a super chill gaming experience. I finished it in two sittings too and 4 hours is bang on its run time, I had to restart once due to being stuck on scenery, and i had a room fail to trigger that i had cleared out all the gunk but bar them to small hiccups it was pretty solid overall.
