Rewards
The longest streak I previously managed was around 78 days. Today was the day I finally hit Day 200 and whilst the Game Pass app is preparing to update with this months challenges to bank I've reached just over the 6 month mark from clearing out my points having hit a total of 142,902 points.
That puts me just under 4,000 points away from reaching £125 in MS Store Credit that can be claimed. It's a faster curve than I had initially projected too presuming MS don't nerf things any further. Maintaining momentum till late December when I hit the 1 year mark there's a chance I could theoretically get within £10-£15 of covering the entire cost of a Series S.

Nice one Neon... It's great hearing you master the art and getting a 100% free console by Xmas sounds like a decent prize. The rewards grind is a hard one to explain as there's so many mechanics and stackable challenges but I think once it clicks it's not that difficult or obtrusive.
I think my best achievement was getting up to £230 over several years prior to the Series X launch, then selling my One X and buying discounted gift cards to hit the magical £449 for launch.

I imagine there will be a point where you largely exhaust the games on GP where you can nab an achievement within a few minutes then suspend the game and go about your business. At the moment I'm picking at the achievements in 12 Minutes and know of at least a dozen other games I can nab the dailies from but simple or kids games seem the best bet when you don't grab one through the usual play. It's more ensuring you get one per day and some games are stingey.

Yeah I use a few guides for achievements but for the most part I try to get the 3 weekly ones naturally in my own time.
If I find I'm enjoying a particular simple game with easy achievements I will limit myself over a few days just to hit that one per day as well but it's rare I get hung up on doing that.

If true, it suggests that 2022 is largely a software write off again for Xbox but Early 2023 onward looks to be when the platforms software pipeline will finally be bearing consistent fruit and that's before the Activision buyout goes through also.

I found a nice little trick on the xbox if you open up Bing via the rewards app on xbox you get a spalsh screen with entertainment sports news tabs ect flicking through this and clicking each one gets you three points per click and is a really quick way to get your daily bing searches in.

I've been waiting to see how Scorn turns out after all this time but from recent footage it seems like it could still be a pretty original, if horrific experience.
Deathloop, well I've purposely held off paying for it on PS5 because you know it's going to land in game pass.
Then you've got the Goldeneye remake, possible Forza Horizon 5 DLC... and maybe Forza Motorsport 8 / Gears remakes.
I'm sure there'll be a few more 3rd party day one game pass announcements as well.
It's not amazing, but if 2023 is kicking off with maybe Avowed and Stalker 2 then it'll run down the clock for the rest of this year nicely.
Of course the main draw card is if you've got game pass you can try them all. So if one or two don't quite hit the mark it's a low risk thing.

Use an extension i got years ago before they kicked it off the app store for Edge that just auto's the desktop and spoofs phone, no idea how to back it up if i ever lose this PC im on, as i tried all sort just save the extension as backup but it seems you can only backup edge as whole and not share it out.
