I watched a gameplay walk through of Scorn.
It looks cools as ****. I mean it probably won't be the best game ever. But from an artistic perspective its disgustingly pretty. Definitely need more stuff thats willing to be as horrid.

I've got a feeling it's boring as all hell but given its on game pass I'm intrigued enough to play it properly with the lights off and headphones on.

I'm sure it'll be nowhere near as good as it looks but it's worth a try at least.

I really hope it's not just one map and they're bringing other classic maps back...

Side note, Amazon has Series Xbox controllers for £39 today.

Microsoft are really pushing the Logitech G CLOUD handheld as the gamepass answer to the steamdeck even going so far as to sell it on their store, its an android tablet with a very middle of the road specs and a built in controller it wont run games natively its cant even play mobile games like Genshin Impact or Diablo Immortal well" but it's not for that apparently, this device has a number of optimization specifically tailored for streaming.

Its essentially doing what your phone and a backbone or a Razor Kishi is doing but without mobile data or all the other phone stuff, as its 100% wifi only. I can't be alone in thinking this is a bad idea, if you've tried to use streaming devices to stream in public they don't work well my work wi-fi blocks stuff like this so i cant use wi-fi to stream games on my lunch-break, and most hotels I've stayed at have terrible wifi so i avoid streaming and the cloud on mobile devices.

Yeah I'm not convinced by the device either.

It's got a decent screen and ergonomics look on point but the pricing is crazy. Even with the $50 pre-order discount it's dangerously close to the base 64gb steam deck and loses out in all other comparisons at that point.

If it was £150-180 then maybe, if you're into streaming.

Honestly I would rather a device like this with a bigger screen, around 8" or 8.4"... 7" is just about passable for this stuff but you still run into the odd title where text is too small or other elements don't fit a smaller screen size.

I think this device is dead in the water thanks to the Steam Deck.

Yeah, this device just seems so ill thought out and overpriced. I think it's surprising that it made it to release honestly.

It's the kind of thing that would need a shockingly low price, like £99, to impress I think - and even then, it's a tough sell considering everybody already has phones capable of everything this does and more.

Was looking at getting the new Xbox pro controller when it gets added to the Design Lab but just released i would need to purchase the extras kit too as it just has holes where the back paddles should be, I can understand them not including the extras like the case and different sticks ect but to have actual buttons missing is pretty funny

Officially comes out tomorrow after being in game preview for a couple of years and it's been getting some pretty great reviews so far.

I only dabbled in this a year ago and it was buggy and lacking polish, but this is looking really great now... and even has a decent story woven into it.

Can you still get the game pass ultimate for £1. Going to dip back in if so!

Sure, still £1 for your first month.

You know how to go about this, right? Stack as much as 35 months of Xbox Live Gold before joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the £1. 36 months is the limit and you may be offered an extra month after redeeming a code if you turn on recurring billing, which you are then free to promptly turn off and repeat the process.

It may be a timing thing but the rewards app on Xbox seems to be getting very stingey

From what I've heard, if you've joined for £1 before, you'll have to pay £10.99 for that first month that also converts your existing subscriptions.
