I thought there was a thread dedicated to this, but the search function seems to disagree...

Anyway, take this as a rumor, but Intellivision is going to announce bankruptcy in the following days. Very quick and basic explanation in this video.

Ah crowdfunding, just another platform for sheisters and con artists to raid your piggy banks. Here’s what’s happened here, he’s drained everything he can out of the company and is now pulling a cut & run, put all the money in a spouse or mates name and thats it, no legal recourse, your not getting your product or money back.

Best thing to do in these situations, find the person, smash their kneecaps so they can’t walk again.

In some very small fairness (and I say this as somebody who will never again help crowdfund videogame hard/software development), Kickstarter refund all donations to campaigns that don't hit their stated financial target. Indiegogo (as far as I'm aware) do not, which is obviously all kinds of fcuk'd up.

Needless to say, Amico was an absolute hell naw from day one as far as I was concerned.

Shockingly, the likes of GAME and Argos and Base.com are STILL taking Amico pre-orders, instant payment on order no doubt. Outrageous.

Once you’ve received all the crowdfunding, make a show of product dev for a year then bankrupt the company, you’ve had your hit out of it, no recourse.

Kojimas new game is a horror, code named 'Overdose'.
Unknown if it's an Xbox exclusive. There is a good chance a trailer is coming soon.

I've been following this Amico crap since day one. It's a total **** show, I can tell you that.

I don't know if you have to go through extra loops, but even on Kickstarter you can create a campaign that will keep any and all donations even if it doesn't reach the threshold.

Thats all made a moot point if it does reach its goals but the company bankrupts itself or the person does a runner.

Didn't know that was the case - Kickstarter make a point of highlighting the fact that creators don't get cash if targets aren't met so I thought that was across the board. I've never been on the receiving end of that.

That's obviously fcuk'd up, and yet another reason to curtail my use of crowfunding sites.

The lineup of games that will be appearing on the upcoming Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium appears to have been leaked:

                            Black Tiger
                            Block Block
                            Capcom Sports Club
                            Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors
                            Eco Fighters
                            Gan Sumoku (GunSmoke)
                            Hissatsu Buraiken (Avengers)
                            Hyper Dyne Side Arms
Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition
                            Knights of the Round
                            Last Duel
                            Magic Sword
                            Mega Man: The Power Battle
Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters
                            Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge
                            Pnickies
                            Rally 2011 LED Storm
                            Saturday Night Slam Masters
                            Savage Bees (Exed Exes)
                            SonSon
                            Street Fighter
                            Street Fighter Alpha: Warriors' Dreams
                            Street Fighter Alpha 2
                            Street Fighter Alpha 3
                            Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix
                            Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo
                            The King of Dragons
The Speed Rumbler (Rush & Crash)
                            Three Wonders
                            Tiger Road
Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire

A lot of that lineup makes no sense whatsoever to those who have already purchased SF 30th Anniversary Collection and/or
Belt Action Collection/Beat-em-up Bundle and/or will purchase Capcom Fighting Collection (out end of this month IIRC?).

Again, this begs the question: Why are Capcom making a second Arcade Stadium compilation instead of further expanding the original Arcade Stadium?

Yeah, there's a lot there that I won't be getting, as I've already got SF 30th Anniversary and the Beat-em-up Bundle, but there's still a few I'll pick up. But as you say, why on earth can't they just slot them into the existing system? Makes no sense.
