I just put my €60 vote in for a new Advance Wars game and I have to say I'm quite impressed with what they've done. I don't really mind the new art (paying tribute to some of the best pixel art ever was never going to be easy), but it's the redone music and audio that really stands out as exceptional.

I'm not going to get into it again, especially after its been debated twice in 2023 already and baited regularly in the forum but I just want to frame this sentence. It perfectly encapsulates how much off the map the whole multi-year debate has been. Black and white, four words - literally what I never said and why the discussion has gone nowhere in the last 6-7 years. May the eventual dawn of the Switch 2 bring harmonious peace and discussion to these weary boards.
