Well at least it was good while it lasted.

I managed to grab a Series S & Series X heavily discounted... and a wireless headset and about 6 controllers over the past few years so I won't be complaining.

Plus lord knows how many games.

It was always ropey but the puzzle piece 1,000 points reward seems to have been axed or is in the process of beng so.

i just finished one last week and yes its gone for me, it takes months to do as you pretty much need, 21 straight weeks to finish just one puzzle for the 1000point bonus.

By the looks of things, especially now that the Xbox console app has also pulled all reward points bar the weekly one and a handful of 5pt tiles, the maximum that can be gained per month is about to tip below 20,000 points

I've really dropped off doing the xbox stuff religiously, ive got some pretty good rewards but it was a slow process and required daily input over a large ammount of time as well as keeing streaks going, i lost my xbox weekly streak due to being away recently and it really killed my enthusiasms.
Ive been delving into the murky depths of the ios store and playing mobile games for rewards instead, It's a little bit more time consuming but you get a lot better rewards and a lot of them are the sort of thing you can play while watching TV or just leave running in the background while you do something else.

I've wobbled a little since the mobile apps were cut back, I need to maintain things to lock down the 500pts this month but if that is removed then I wouldn't bother with the dailys for sure. This week will be my Week 100 so I'm locking down those 2,500 points but MS have definitely been too blunt in how they go about pulling points, it's self defeating if the approach cuts engagement

That chocolate controller is never getting eaten is it, whoever wins this will get leave it in its wrapper to decompose as if they eat it its not a complete collectors item.
