Jus finished Everything or Nothing, the auto aim is so flawwed come the latter levels it's untrue, overall alright, I stickin to my previous comments, above average, below great. Rating outta 10 would be 6 or 7. Off it goes for trading. I feel like snapping the disc atm really is great while it lasts tho.

Samurai Warriors isn't out here until June...

Not sure what the earlier post was talking about

I was being a twat, and getting confused between it and Way Of The Samurai, which, other than having Samurai in the title has bugger-all to do with Samurai Warriors. Just ignore me.

Ok we will all ignore you.

I?ve been a busy little bee recently? not mentioning a little bit cheeky. My dad gave me his credit card details to pre-order a game. 5 new games later I kinda feel a little guilty. Ah well, I?ll pay him back when I win the lottery.

                      Completed:
Legend Of Zelda: Links To The Past - Absolutely superb. I never completed the original on the snes (was totally confused by the light/dark world thing back then) but having played again found myself entirely engrossed. OOT is still my fav Zelda, Wind Waker has the most amount of character and charm, however Lttp has some truly thought-provoking puzzles to solve and challenging dungeons to beat. Enjoyed every moment. Shall return to again in a year or so I?m sure.

Mario and Luigi - Not much to say which hasn?t been already mentioned in the official thread really. I loved this. More then I could have possibly imagined. Indeed it starts a little bit slow, but soon picks up and had me up until 3am many nights where I just couldn?t put it down. 25+hours in total. Every moment a joy, extremely funny, beautifully crafted, challenging and has an incredible sense of character.

Beyond Good & Evil - Cube First impressions were a little disappointing, yet mainly due to my wrongly placed comparisons to Zelda. I soon started again with a fresh set of thinking and comparisons aside and found myself playing an incredibly striking, imaginative and compelling game. The end battle was surprisingly impressive with some spectacular effects and the ending left me eager for a sequel. Will complete again in a month or so no doubt.

Zelda Wind Waker - 4th time. But it had to be done. Once Japanese, and now three in English. Admittedly I didn?t complete all the side quests this time, but beating the dungeons is something that is always fun. The sailing after a point is a little time consuming, but I usually found myself playing late in the evenings and as a result found it actually quite relaxing. Cannot wait to get hold of Four Swords and the sequel later in the year.

Metal Gear Solid: Sons of Liberty - Xbox Bought this only last week for the xbox im borrowing in preparations for Twin Snakes. My first proper experience with the series and I was left in awe. I cannot understand where all the hate for this title comes from. Raiden isn?t in the same league to snake, obviously, however he is a deep and extremely interesting character in his own rights. Playing as him was a joy imo. The story? those cut scenes? unforgettable imo. Loved every moment, every conversion via the codec, every twist and turn. Most of it was fairly predictable I thought, and I did assume the ending way before I saw it, but that didn?t distract from the experience and only added to it imo. Not forgetting the many philosophical, ethical and moral issues raised that I found interesting. Ultimately, it has increased my anticipation for Twin Snakes (this week!!) even more.

                      Playing now/almost completed
Shenmue II - Xbox ? I have the Dreamcast version, but stopped playing after my first job and sadly never returned. However, I picked this up when I got Substance and have been determined to complete it. It is a truly unique experience, admittedly with some annoying niggly problems, but with a story so interesting Im finding it hard not to continue, which is good. I?m quite far in now I think, and am enjoying greatly. So pleased I bought for the xbox and am playing again

XIII - Cube ? Impressions in the official topic already, but overall I am really impressed with this. Really impressed. Not far to go now I think ? keeps getting better and better.

                      To come soon?

Twin Snakes! and hopefully Harvest Moon

                              Completed XIII

Much better than people made out, I even enjoyed the multiplayer mode. Fackign amazing style, completely immersive, fun fun fun! (Says somethign the only game I can remember completing in a while )

                              Playing

Halo: Not overwhelemd so far... Standard Sci Fi stuff, the worst enemies in the world ever.. "he's here!" high pitched squeeking wombles..great! The invisible swordsmen are a bit better but I'd already seen that in Metal Gear...Enemy AI seems so far to consist of chasing each other around rocks. Nice textures though, shockingly so far am prefering XIII to this. Still I'm only playing on normal and the consensus seems to be to play it on higher settings to make it even better so we'll see.

                              Time Splitters 2:

Fun, quite clearly goldeneye influenced (I saw it much more in this than in XIII) and am working my way through the higher difficulty levels and the challenges. The mafia level was especially fun

                              TopSpin:

Fun tennis..er thats it. Working my way through career, beat the worlds number one when I was semi pro or something. No Live so maybe I'm not enjoying it as much as I could...still was only 13 quid.

                              Pro Evo 3:

I still prefer sensi! I don't understand the lack of the "stick a foot in button" and the pressure buttons seem not to work. Not sold yet, but am aware (again) that I may need to play it for some time to unlock its golden heart. For this reason I am scared of buying VF Evolution, even at 9.99

                              Hitman:

Omg why am I putting myself through this. Random enemy AI and since I updated my drivers it crashes on some level so I can't get any further, maybe this is a blessing in disguise

                              Thief 2:

Lots of fun, am struggling to leep my patience in sneaking everywhere.

                              Advance Wars:

But I am always playing this. it is amazing. how the hell you're supposed to do the battle map against eagle with the loads of mountains and tight pathways tho...jesus.

Yep, stop playing on normal and put it on heroic and then you can see how good the AI is, and to really take on a real challenge put it on legedary !
