Wow...this topics not doing too bad...
Anyway I remember ganon on OOT....one of my favorite last bosses ever...and the music is briliant
and some of the others on this topic look great too (Even though i havent played that many shoot em up's)
Mundus is great...along with all the other DMC bosses.
As for anubis...I totaly loved that boss. Especialy on 2nd runner.
And im not sure what that Eye thing is but it looks....interesting

And BTW was the doom Cyber demon that brain thingy at the end...Scared the **** out of me when i was younger.

Yeah, I have to say the final form of Sephiroth at the end of my first play through of my first ever FF game will never be forgotten. It's not the same 2nd time round or when you're experienced enough to be more than a match for a final boss...

That first time when I was trying desperately to turn my characters back from being frogs, cure their confusion, and cause as much damage as I could, living in fear that any second he might launch his comet attack and it would all be over....

ROCKET LAUNCHERs for arms! Well, one arm. You're confusing it with the Spider Demon, which had a chaingun for a chin.

Yep, you've got it right James. The CyberDemon is one you can hear walking around the level with stamping feet way before you can even see him, he shoots big rockets from his arms and he is F#ckin BIG !

the spider is like a little harmless fly compared to the cyberdemon

I've changed my mind now, but not about Ganon - he still rules, but having now met his Four Swords + incarnation, I want to change my vote to that. Unfortunately, there aren't any pictures of him around right now but still... he's damn cool.

I remember ****ting my pants the first time I had to go against "it" in the arcade. Great boss.

I still think Nine Ball (in both flavours) was a right ****wit of a boss though (especially Seraph in Another Age, that was plain stupid).

I havnt played doom in ages but this cyber demon from what i hear is from the tower of babel level....that thing was nasty.
i once lost the thing and was looking around for ages...then...thud thud thud! It was in the room next to me....yes compared to that the spider is nothing.

This boss i found realy cool...it was a good chalenge and the music on it was great....Im not saying where its from though as it would ruin the surprise (If youve finished the game you will know)
