I thought it was nice enough, but a bit too retro overall. They should've tried to interview Iwata.

i liked it. Seemed she was reaching in regards to epilepsy. Apart from that, it really clued me up on Nintnedo.

        Yamachi's house is a bit ****. Considering he's a billionaire.

Felt sorry for Arakawa, such a great guy

Yeah, the woman shouldn't have told him Nintendo didn't want her to speak to him. He looked upset.

I thought it was poor - the presenter fancied herself as a bit of a Roger Cook, uncovering the evil that is Nintendo, but just ended up coming across as a bit pouty, and the photosensitve seizure thing was totally unbalanced.

She also seemed obsessed with the fact that Yamauchi is very rich - as if that's something strange for a company chairman...

No positives in this whatsoever if you ask me

strange how they dident mention pokemon or nintendos stranglehold on the handheld market as this is what is keeping nintendo afloate at the moment. to miss these out just shows how baddly reserched this program was, if they had of mentioned pokemon they could of built up some more stuff on nintendos epilepse scandal,

i found the reporter very insulting and rude to the people around her and the people she interviewed, the inteviews she did with nintendo employes had been hevily cut down to focus on only the negitive parts.

The interviewer made shisgys out to be an idiot as well and talked like he had made no money whatsoever from his creations, isnt that the norm in this type of buisness. also what was with the stupid voice they gave him did they do that to make him sound even more stupid.

if you want the real story of nintendo read game over, its a bit more balanced.

why couldent they have done something like the tetris documentry that was ace.

I was really looking forward to this but fell asleep watching it at around 9.20.
All in all a bit **** really.

When someone gives me that viagra...Oops! I mean, when someone gives me some webspace. It'll be too big to host on my own. 200-300MB to spare, anyone?

I thought it was quite interesting, mainly to see inside Nintendo HQ, which was very different to what I was expecting (massive difference between Japanese HQ and American HQ).

I thought it was strange how they didn't even mention the Gameboy, and a section on this could have easily followed the facts of Nintendo going from 95% of the market to 20% over 10 years. Unfortunately not going into details like this made much of the program one-sided and against Nintendo. No mention of Sega or Microsoft either, and only a very small one for Sony.

Still, some of the interviews were good, in particular with Arakawa.

I couldn't work out what that Hank guy had to do with it though, my only thoughts is that he is the one who ported Tetris to the Gameboy, but I could be wrong...

The programme just never went anywhere. Big deal if Yamauchi is rich it doesnt matter and the whole epilepsy argument was really unbalanced. Nintendo can not be the only games company that would fail that test, and they are still not breaking any laws.

The saddest bit was the look on Arakawa's face when she told him Nintendo didn't want her to meet him.

Henk Rogers is a Japanese gaming legend.

He started Bullet-Proof Software, who, of course, licensed Tetris from Russia and made himself minted. He also introduced the first RPG to Japan (Black Onyx), not to mention bridged the gap between Yamauchi and the formation of Nintendo of America.

Suffice to say, I think the industry's recovery from the great crash would have been slower, and Nintendo may not have Gameboy to fall back on now without ol' Henk.

For some reason that really hurt me. Yamachi's daughter seems to be a complete opposite to her father. Good english too!
