At least no-one is going to accuse them of faking the screens - the lack of anti-aliasing on that top shot is just blatant.

Hi, I am EA spokeperson for GoldenEye: Rogue Agent. And I'd like you folks at ntsc-uk.com to ask me any questions about this fantastic game.

Let me just add that we at EA think this game is going to break all sales records and have a fabulous energy that our competitors can't match.

Go on then - explain to us your excuse for calling it GoldenEye, despite having nothing to do with either the film or Rare's superior game, again. That joke never gets old.

Sure, well we were so ivigorated by the blockbuster movie, GoldenEye, its cast, story, locations and comcepts, we thought, hey, lets use that, lets take GoldenEye to the next level. So we tweaked it abit, so now instead of "GoldenEye" being the key to an electromagnetic superweapon in space build by the russians, its now infact a gadget invented by the british governent that enhances the gameplay experience. Y'see, we wanted to embrace GoldenEye, but y'know enhance it the only way EA knows how.

            Any more questions?

Yeh, why isn't this game online for Gamecube?

Essentially our Market Research and Focus Group testing indicates that the demand for "online" functionality on the GameCube would be a waste of resources. The factors are these: Nobody has a BBA, Nobody has a Modem, No want to play EA games online with the GameCube. The Hardware manufactuer doesn't consider, or back online functionality making the process for integration of the code more difficult as we can't motivate the coders.

Hmmm.. There's no excuse to call this game GoldenEye, just because the main character has a gold eye.

So Mr EA Guy, here's an idea for a Bond game:

Dr No with his evil ideas decide the only way to get $10 billion dollars from the western world is to sell world monuments. So low a behold he decides to make a weather machine called the Golden Shower whereby the machine rains gold over its targets. He then nicks the newly gold landmarks and sells them to the highest bidder. Of course, Bond will have to save the day before it pisses down in London.

Is that third shot taken inside the Carrington Institute?

I am sorry our inhouse development process is highly secret and goes through many layers of heirarchy and creative control before we can possible use that idea, good as it is.

                        You're a strange chap, Jibber.

As to these shots, they are most entertaining in their awfulness, have the characters in the background of the first screenie been added via a cleverly placed sticker?

Mr EA man, the players hands in the 3rd pictures above: Is that a signal that the player controls super villain Jeremy Beadle??

Also, why is it the development team felt all supervillains prefer a flat grey look in their lairs rather then a, um, say textured look?

Your posts screams PR man anyone can see its more to do with Goldeneye 64 than your love of the movie lol if EA spent more money on development rather than PR this would be a far better game, because early indications make me think its gunna be uber avarage

What kind of xbox live support is it gunna have?

EA believe to truely reflect the drama, intrigue and style of the "James Bond" franchise, the true essence has to be captured, to do this we studied the previous films on "VHS", noticing the fabulous set design by the wonderful Ken Adam, we decided that only simple, but effective texturing was the answer.

As for Xbox Live support, we have studied the games from other publishers and have in development an implimentation of Xbox Live that gamers might find similar from Prince of Persia, so all your friends can see when you are playing GoldenEye: Rogue Agent.

Man its an exciting time for James Bond fans, Videogamers and Xboxlivers. I'm totally psyched.
