It's come down a bit because the LEA has brought a huuuuuge leased private WAN from BT, so each school only has to pay 'their part' so they are effectively getting a bulk discount

However, it's handled by RM...who are complete idiots

I am curious as to what BT have claimed to have done, as people previously on the cusp of ADSL had nothing but horrendous trouble with their line... ifs unlikely that BT have actually done anything.
