No - wasn't sealed - so might be able to snare a bit more for it. It is pretty easy to get hold of though, to be fair.

If it has the poster and is in mint condition you'll probably be able to sell it on eBay for about ?15 or so.

Hard to say really, as i think 360's are viewed as a risky second hand purchase.

Gamestation have just recently found a few boxed crates of those, theres 5 sealed ones in my local for 19.99 !
