posted over at overclockers forum and got told that golden dragon ram has issues with nforce 2 boards so going for the value stuff with blue heatspreaders i think

I got 1GB Dual Channel Giel Value Select, about 2 months ago and its been running fine overclocked ever since, so I can recommend it fully. (it will run at cas 2.0 even! )
I also have an overclocked Athlon 2600 mobile running along side it in an nForce motherboard and I havent noticed any compatability issues.....
It's currently 232 x 11.5 and stable, (this is with watercooling, however I have seen some air cooled chips run faster)Comment

as i now find out , yesterday my barton 2500 xp came with 512mb geil golden value ram which turned out my motherboard didn't like. so have got a rma and are sending it back to get the 512mb pc3200 geil value dual channel kitComment
