laptop speakers

I would look at ebay for a used amp and speakers, one of the only things I would consider as they don't go for too much.
You could get an old cyrus amp or similar and some really good speakers for around the ?100 mark.

I got some ?10 speakers from PC World and although first sceptical they actually do a great job. Nice loud music.

What ones did you get Ginza? I've been around Comet, Dixons & PC World
looking for decent quality ones for gaming and listening to my heavy metal
mp3's, so far the best ones I've heard are the ?30 2.1 Labtechs at Comet
(woofer & 2 slim speakers), I didn't get a chance to try out the ones at
PC World yet though...

looooove and the sub has a nice soft blue glow to it.
nice clear sound with out booming bass, unless you want it.
