can't really see how Capcom v snk is imbalanced? me and friends have pretty much mastered most of the characters and we always have close fights with any match up.

Evil Rugal is key, i'll toss you all up! haha

Or alternatively, get the PAL version of PS2 Guilty Gear X (not XX). Pure, unoptimized 50 Hz goodness. Ooh yeah baby. Accept any substitute.

The "roll" in CvsSNK is imbalanced compared to its equivalent in Alpha/Zero etc. Plus the ratio system is flawed.

Just leave it in McFarlane-free Arcade mode, then. That thing he did is horrible, I agree.

STREET FIGHTER ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION!!!!!!!! TBH FFS!!!

IF you can only afford the one. SvC: Chaos? for xbox?! tbh mate, unless you are a huge fan of snk and capcom, and would like to have a title which has tbh a certain degree of charm, and some funny "cameos", art work and pre fight banter...sure. It is also gonna be a budget title, but to choose it over SF:AC is madness!

Both games combined from online stores would more or less cost the price of a high st store RRP game, so if you must, get both. But SvC, although i do like it myself, is not a very good game. Its highly unbalanced, such as there are one or 2 fighters that just own everyone, and some moves have stupid amount of priority and can be abused the hell out of. So, this is exactly what you will see when you play online with SvC. SF3 on SF AC though, is a whole different thing.

Just read the numerous threads about the game, and check the online gaming thread. The game is just Godly. The best, most refined 2D gameplay, best animated fighter there has been. Also, contrary to what people believe, it is a easy game to learn, but it also has many hidden depths such as

                    Combos
                    Parrying
                    Air Parrying
                    Red Parrying
                    Cancelling
                    Super Canceling

and all kind of setups, combos and mind games that you can do. Not just, unleash a super move, sit back and have a cup of tea. Cause, everything has the possibility of being neutralised with a parry. Such a simple technique added with the high risk of performing it (walking into the attack at the moment of impact o_O; ) , will have you loving this game.

Infact, if you havnt seen this already ( WHAT!? ) , possibly one of the moments when people had to appreciate how good this game is. Also possibly one of the reasons people have gotten back into a game which was ignored by the masses for so long CLICK

Anyway, enough of me being a SF3 fanboy, its all you need. Also, it has Hyper SF2 which includes characters from SF2, CE, Turbo, Super and Super Turbo available for selection against one another. I myself havent played it much, but its amazing to see what the once worlds most celebrated/played/ripped off fighter game has evolved into...when you go back to SF3...SF2 is hella ****.

Played Snk Vs Capcom Caos recently on Xbrick. To be honest i was shocked how ****e it looked compared to the arcade version? Why i am sure Xbrick is more than capable of handling it?
Anyway the game wasn't much cop in the first place, so like everyone here has said 3rd Strike is the one you want.

Although i prefer Double Impact, just for the fact i hate Remy players!

i was hoping that snk v would be good as i like snk stlyed fighters. free form combos rather than millions of specials. it snice to have variety, i'll be getting sf ac anyway i think, i also wants something that would complement it well... like an snk stlye one to go with a cap styled one

As you well know, Super SF2 is the pure and refined essence of my youth. Buy it, and I'll come round and gingerly hand you your ass with Edmund (mother****ing) Honda, providing of course, that somewher in the cluttered recesses of my brain I can remember how to play SF2 like it 1995 or somesuch.
