I suppose I'm looking for the proverbial golden egg but is there any way to repair a disc surface without using the abrasive method used by disc doctor/Skip Dr. etc.
Having used the Skip Dr. and found it to work well for reading the discs, i have to say I'm less than satisfied with the multiple spiralling scratches it leaves on the disc surface. To the extent that I've been experimenting on a disc that Skip Dr. was used on. I've certainly improved the appearance by at least 50% using, of all things, Autoglym Super Resin Polish followed by a coat of Autoglym Extra Gloss Polish!!!!![OhMy](https://bordersdown.net/core/images/smilies/ohmy.gif)
Is there a better way though?
