I read somewhere here that 'massaging' dead/stuck pixels can often work.
Worth a try at least.

I've heard from two DS owning friends, who both had at least one 'dead' pixel on their screen(s), that the problem cleared up after about a week. Can anybody else confirm this?

I have a dead pixel on each of my screens, and while they're not dead centre it's still irritating as hell.

I bought mine from NCS, so I'm not sure of their returns policy over this issue. Certainly they have a disclaimer stating that they can't make exchanges for PSP's with dead pixels...

From reading the article in that link it seems the dodgy pixels on my screens, as well as every other I've heard of, are just 'lazy', as they're stuck on one colour (white) as opposed to being black, which indicates they're truly dead.
