      Give Bittornado a go. Try setting your port ranges in bittornado to something other than 6881-6889, and likewise on your router because some isp's throttle (restrict bandwith) on them, and also monitor them. Bittornado is also recommended over programs like Azureous because it uses a seperate port for each torrent connection where as Azureous uses the same port for each seperate torrent. And like someone mentioned earlier, try reducing your upload speed to around 10-15k a second to give your download abit of a boost too.

        Done that, I've opened post 10000-60000 on my router and on BitTornado, its still a bit iffy though. I think its more to do with the torrents Im choosing rather than my connection. . . . . . I think
