Is it worth buying a Dreamcast VGA cable for use on a TFT, or is the picture quality terrible?

Just to test, try turning down your resolution on your PC to 640x480 and see how pants it looks.

I think 'Performance' made one with pass-through - that might be US only though and rare as rare stuff nowadays.
I use a passive VGA splitter, don't notice any degradation and it only cost about ?15 I think. You would have to buy decent VGA cables though, as cheapo ones have tons of ghosting.

Sounds like it depends entirely on the quality of TFT monitor (I use CRT myself).
Not saying your wrong mind, but as I'm looking to buy a VGA box, I just thought I'd make that point.
