I remember when people were BUYING gmail invites on ebay. These days every man and his dog has 200 up their sleeve.

I use the gmail notifier plugin for Firefox too. Always have a browser open somewhere while I'm on the computer so it works a treat.

ok, did a quick google and got this found a program called gAlert, and it has multiple accounts etc, and each account can be customised.

Only downside is that its got a 30 day trial on it and then it costs $20
