I was planning on selling my german one for a uk one when they are available, but judging by the packaging, and the description, theres no point as its one and the same
You could probably try and blag or buy a UK lead from MS to replace the 2-pin one.

I don't think a normal kettle lead fits the 360 PSU. Just get an adapter or rewire the plug.

I don't know what to do with my German 360 when it comes, it's surplus to requirements now. Guess I could just put it straight back on to ebay.

ah, I was assuming that the lead from the plug to the PSU could be removed like with the PSP charger.

That's certainly what marcus suggested ...

... which is it? I'm expecting a German 360 any day now, and want to be prepared.

Ill be able to try once I get it home, initially it looked just like the connection from any bog-standard kettle lead to me though.

I thought it was notched so you couldn't just shove a generic lead in?

Yeah, for some reason I thought mine had about 6 holes in it? More of a square plug than a kettle one. I could just be speaking ****e though, only looked at it the first day.

Even so, if MS can supply a 3-pin version then theirs would fit wouldn't it?

Knowing MS customer service there's a good chance of blagging one for free.

It's just like the kettle plug but with a special 'notch'. Not being able to use existing or generic leads with the system is one of the few crappy things about it.

I'm sure a bit of surgery wouldn't be too difficult though. Or alternatively just get two to three pin convertor.

I think mine has arrived. Walked out past my road, and then the DHL van turned into the road.

Just a few hours till I get home and find out
