Hi everyone,
I've been having trouble with my UK PAL Super Nintendo and the universal game converter I'm using with it. The converter is supposed to allow me to play US and Japanese games on my UK SNES, but it's only working half of the time. It plays Zelda: A Link to the Past and NBA Jam alright, but when I try using Super Mario World/Super Mario All Stars or Super Metroid, I receive a message saying something to the effect of 'This game pak is not designed for your Super Famicom/Super Nintendo'.
If it makes any difference, the games that do play were made in Mexico, while the games that don't play are made in Japan. The game converter itself doesn't have a brand name.
This is my first time posting, so I hope I've made sense. Any help or advice would be most appreciated
Any ideas why these games wouldn't be playing or anything I can do to get them to work? Thank you.
