That's ?17 something VAT and ?13 Parcelfarce 'handling' fees.

Aint it their job to handle parcels? What justification was given for a ?13 handling fee?

I think they add import duty to the value of the goods, then add vat on top of that. Sometimes they include the cost of shipping before they start.

I don't know how the import duty is calculated though.

I guess its handling of the import duty and vat, although they must handle that stuff all the time. Extortionate.
