Can you buy the Capcom 90s Marvel fighters anywhere these days?

As title, really. With us watching X-Men 97 wanted to fire up one of the 90s Capcom fighters. Is there a collection of them anywhere?

I have to assume that this will be physical like Belt Action Collection/Beat-em-up Bundle and Fighting Collection before it, but I wouldn't put it past Capcom to be total d1cks about it and make it digital-only.
