Dodgy camera sorry. The 360 and the router compliment each other well (white, vertical standing with flashing green lights)

Anyone got some decent pictures of the dashboard in 720p? Ideally when you've hit the guide button, as the words on my screen seem very blocky.

Am I the only person rocking a faceplate then?

Yep, I probably have the worst TV here. By far. Through the scart its still a great experience though. Honest.

Bit of a dump round my 360 at the moment. Basically because since unwrapping it all I've really done is play games and eat pizza. Still here you go:

                Hey Dave Heats

Does the Xbox 360 pick up anything from the Mac, can you send images etc to it?

I have a G5 and an iBook and was looking at hooking up the 360 to transfer files etc.

Needs Windows Media Connect doesn't it? Or an external USB device.

gradius, is the 42pv500 doing a good job at showing the 360's 720p picture?

So I could drag files to my ipod (say a nice wallpaper of Kylie Minogue !) and then put it on the 360 as a dashboard background?

It's a DVI-I mate, so it supports both digital (DVI-D) and analogue (VGA) sources.

                          Just need this cable http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DVI-to-VGA-Con...QQcmdZViewItem

Applefiend - Seeing as you're in NZ aswell it really isn't worth buying any HDTVs just yet, especially LCDs.

Wait untill late feb / early march, we will then be into the 7th generation LCD HDTVs, just in time for the 360 launch on March 2nd.

The technology hasnt quite grown enough in New Zealand, but its almost there.
