I'd only give in to a refund demand if I was in the wrong tbh. You might get negative feedback of course but so what?

Cheers Mezz, you're right but at the moment i don't need the hassle so have just sent him his partial refund and hope that's the end of it. If he tries to stitch me up at a later date i have his addy anyway.
