    Damn, I still have nothing nor know anything.
    Actually this is the first time this has happened to me with an online order.
    Perhaps beyond the Rage's control, but it's not a positive experience for me this way

      Well, the package DID return to the Rage. Dunno why, but they've sent it to me again (at no extra charges) so I hope that this time it will arrive
      Got my Q back too, so when it arrives I can finally use my US Gameboy Player bootdisc

        I ordered something about 3 weeks ago on USPS Global Priority Mail ($11) and it still hasn't arrived yet... And they said it would take 4-7 days. No idea what's going on, but their service is bad.

        Is this how long you normally have to wait?

        Also, all the items I ordered were listed as shipping within 1-2 days, yet it took them a week after confirming my order before they actually shipped it. And two weeks after that, still nothing.

        They also take a while to respond to your emails, and for some reason, they only check and send mails late in the evening, and no sooner. They could speed up their service if they checked their emails more frequently during the day, instead of only at night.

          To people who had their parcels delivered to a neighbor: What shipping did you use? Isn't this a thing couriers do, and not specifically therage? Come to think of it, I have one neighbor we are on good terms with, the other we hate each other's guts, so if they have my parcel, they probably will have binned it and not told us... Ouch.

            Man, this is SO annoying!
            They got my package back (still don't know why) and they re-sent it. That was april 3rd.
            Now I'm still waiting for my package!
            And of course they don't answer their e-mail (not that they could do much).

            I really wonder how ppl could have good experiences with therage, but maybe I'm thinking too negative now...
            Or perhaps they "used to be" good.
            I don't know, but I know I'll probably never order from them again.

              Just wanted to release my energy in here ^_^
              Still got nothing and still don't get answers to my e-mails.
              Are there any legal actions I could take?

              Or a package loss is just tough luck for me?

                Still no package, and they don't return my e-mails at all the last couple of months. Very bad!

                  This is a bit crap...did you order on credit card becuase you could claim from the c.c company if so....think you can from Paypal too if you never receive the goods.

                  The moral of this story is: use videgamesplus....I never use anyone else now!

                    I have sent them 1 more e-mail. If I don't get a reply again, I'll contact PayPal or my credit card company and see if I can get a refund.

                    The thing is, I ordered a US Gameboy Player boot disc (for my Panasonic Q) and a Gamebit screwdriver, which was pretty cheap there. You don't see those items in most stores, but if you know any, please do tell me
                    (videogamesplus don't seem to have them)

                      Play Asia have the screwdriver I think.
                      They're an excellent site, affiliated to this board which should say a lot about their service. They accept paypal too.

                        I have experience with Play-Asia and they are excellent yes. But the screwdriver is $15 there while it's $6 at the Rage's

                          The US$ strengthening against the Canadian$ isn't helping VG+'s prices. I mean US$55 for a new game is a bit steep in my eyes.

                            Oh great, filed a complaint with PayPals and this is what I get:

                            "Status Details:
                            As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, PayPal will only investigate complaints filed within 30 days of the original transaction date.

                            The original transaction date was and your complaint was not filed until . Therefore, this case has been closed.

                            The seller has been notified of your complaint and encouraged to work with you towards an amicable resolution.

                            PayPal does not tolerate fraud or illegal activities. Your complaint will be noted in the record of the PayPal user you reported. "

                            What a load of crap is that 30-day limit. It takes at least that long for a package to return over sea if it was undeliverable!

                            Guess I now know what peoples complaints are over PayPals service. Well, let's hope my credit card company can resolve it

                              Hmmmz, got a letter from the cc company telling that claims should be filed within 1 month. But that's such a load of crap. If they read all the paperwork I included (and which they asked for) they knew why I couldn't claim earlier. And I had a claim before which was for something of months ago and that money was returned...
                              Ugh, this sux.

                              So I've sent theRage a few e-mails again and no reply at all >
