Even after a very late night last night, I found myself waking up about 10 times this morning to check my mobile to see if I had a message from shopto saying my GH2 is en route.

That`s never a good sign, 8 year old at christmas syndrome!

I was planning on looking at Shopto for a game I'm interested in and was going to click through on the site link. They haven't shown up for over an hour (the banner alternates between Video Games Plus and Play Asia). Is there still an affiliation?

Very impressed with this site. Ordered a 360 yesterday, which arrived by courier today. Order a game to go with it at 1710, which arrived via Recorded Delivery this morning. Top stuff.

Has anyone EVER recieved a reply to an email sent to these ****ers?

I've sent them numerous mails since the beginning of November regarding a game they owe me and recieved nothing but an automated response each time.

To cut a long story short. I ordered PES2008 and it was shipped by them via recorded delivery and royal mail allegedly attempted to deliver it the next day. However, no card was left behind and my local sorting office had no knowledge of the parcel, so it was returned to sender after being unclaimed for 7 days.

So yes it was Royal Mail's fault and not shopto's that I didn't get my order, but now the game is back with them, and they haven't batted a ****ing eyelid. They have my money and the game I paid for, and they're not responding to me when I ask them what they plan to do about it.

This was my first order with them, and based on this experience I shall be staying well clear.
