i ordered some software for my computer from dabs with the next day method.

it took 2 weeks to arrive after some lengthy phone calls to the managers + the couriers. they seemed like screws when that happened so i will never order from them again.

they claimed that it had been delivered and some one had signed for it when no body was in. We then provided proof of this to the courier and to dabs and we won.

It took 2 weeks though, bastards.

I've ordered 4 times from Ebuyer and all of those times delivery was made on the day I chose. Luckily I haven't had to deal with Ebuyer customer service as nothing has gone wrong with them.

Is it okay to order from them today (Saturday) with Next Day Delivery or am i better waiting until Monday? Do they even process orders on saturdays?

Is the customer service really bad? what makes it so bad?
