I bought the Socom USB headset, as a stop gap until purchasing Warhawk.
thought you were worried about brain cancer?

Just bought Socom3 and the headset from cex for 12 quid nige. Hopefully it shouldnt take too long. That one from Argos is going back, I would have ended up deaf if I'd used that long term.

I use a Sony Ericsson HBH-35 and it works fine. It just seemed to work straight away with the PS3 once it had been linked.

They seem to be about £15 but I got mine free with a phone some time ago. It got some good reviews at launch too it seems.

I go past a Carphone Warehouse, might pop on to see if they have a Sony Ericsson HBH PV702 Bluetooth.
Myth, does it work fine on Resistance & Motorstorm? What's the sound quality like?

Works fine on both games, the quality sounds pretty much as good as my USB one did and a lot better than the cheapo one I got from Tesco a while back.

Following reading this thread managed to snaffle myself a Jabra BT25 from ebay for just £6.98 inc postage, really pleased having read how effective it is for online gaming, looking to joining a few of you guys for some online motor storm
