What is it from, more context can give more detail.

It's from Wii Fit. I've just set all my details and my current weight and my goals.

Is it asking me if I want to set a password? What are the two options at the bottom, cos they aren't yes/no.

Perhaps it's so people can't muck up my tally.

I'm taking photos as I go for a translation feature, but this stumped me.

It asks if you want to set a password:

Looks like I'm going to need a little more help on some more screens. Most are obvious, but some are plain text.

Based on what happened last time, I've a feeling this new one attached is asking if I want to set my Wii Fit Mii to be accessible via a channel of his own on the Wii Channels page to avoid setting up again..... Could be completely wrong though.
