i tried my Jap Wii with composite cable on my Very old 50hz CRT TV which coming out black and White screen!! and then i tried use RGB Scart cable coming out Red screen!!!! is it anyway i can get full colour?

Sounds like your TV doesn't do NTSC colour coding. Also, the NTSC machines don't support RGB. The only thing you can do is either get a new TV (which you really ought to by the sounds of it) or take the more convoluted approach of getting a component cable for it and buying a transcoder to convert the signal from that into RGB. But really I think you need a new telly!

One thing you could try on the LCD is changing the aspect ratio to 4:3 on the TV when playing VC games because otherwise you're playing with a picture that's been upscaled to buggery and then squashed and stretched out of shape. Trust me, it looks a hell of a lot better in the intended aspect ratio. I even play a lot of my PS2 games in 4:3 on my LCD despite the smaller picture area because of this.
