Best place for a PS2 Component cable

    No sorry thats my fault didnt explain myself very well.

    The Saturn still uses a standrad RGB cable but I had mine modified with Audio RCA outs as well so I could plug it into my Amp.

    The Convertor from Three double You that has audio out as well looks good but for £65 it's mighty expensive

      Quickest, cheapest and simplest way to get audio out of a SCART is just use a break out adapter (about ?2.99 from Amazon or wherever). Just plug it in the TV's SCART socket and the console SCART into that.

      Gives you L/R audio in/out and most of them also do Composite and S-Video in/out as well. I've found them very useful and better than cables with built in AV blocks which in the case of the DC ones I've bought have been very troublesome in all sorts of ways but particularly as regards cross-talk.

        Back on topic; I received a newsletter from mrmodchips today and by coicidence they're selling "High Quality" PS2/PS3 Component cables for ?7.99.
