Virtua Stick High Grade issues?

Well, its an S revision but I decided to buy it anyway, I figure if the stock PCB annoys me enough I'll fit it with a chthulhu PCB or something.

Will see how it goes with 3rd strike on ggpo. Can't wait for the online 3s to come out on psn also.

And yeah, MC Cthulhu are sick. Funnily enough the PS3 code used is that of the M revision VSHG PCB.

How strange/cool. It'd have the same problem then surely? As I hear even the M revisisons didn't totally fix it.

Pretty sure there's nothing at all wrong with the M. Used to have one myself.

A bonus is that the VSHG PCB can be used on PS1 and PS2 titles.

On the console I guess. . yeah. No idea what I'd use this thing for on PS3 to be honest, until 3S comes out anyway. Guess I have HD Remix but I own the board too and would rather play it on GGPO. I might have to pick up SSF4 at this rate. ugh god. haha


How long is the USB cord anyway?

The USB cable is actually pretty short..

Can't remember exactly how long but my TE cord is almost double as long.

Thats good for when I'm playing on the laptop I guess but might have to use an extension when sitting on the sofa playing on the triple. ABAP.

There is no difference between M and S. It was due to there being two locations where the sticks were recalled to.

It's the ones with no letters that have the binding issues. Even on those ones it's difficult to notice unless you absolutely have to press three buttons at the same time.

just jump in first eventually you'll be able to do it on wakeup or from a green hand or something.

Got it today and have been testing it all morning, apart from a slightly lower success rate on zangiefs lariat - I can't see whats wrong with this stick, its lovely.

Worked really well on everything I've tried it with so far, everything I play on a stick its fine for. I might have to pick up SSF4 at this rate. ugh.
