Well this is the first PC game i have bought and i couldnt have made a better choice, personally think this game is superb from the ai to atmopshere from the the sound of your team screaming cover me to grenades and bullets flying all over the shot gets you right in there.
Just gotta love it when you parachute in at the begginning all alone,had me worried.
Where you at in the game beelzebot? just clocked in 1.30hours solid on it at the moment now on Chateau, think its mission 6!
So far so damn good.

I haven't been keeping count of which missions I've done, but we've just hijacked a German plane to make our escape after planting charges on a dam in the Ruhr (spelling?) valley.

Which one would you advise me to download.

Bloody fantastic, i am loving this War porn....But the multi player ain't as good as BF1942 and the DC mod....

Picked it up yesterday and its lovelery. Bare one thing in mind The cat 3.8 drivers cause it to crash. Activision recommend 3.7 I'm running 3.9 with no issues.

Aside from Halo, I'm not big on FPS's, but I am really enjoying this.

Its great fun isn't it! Its the first PC FPS I've really enjoyed since No One Lives Forever 2. Really atmospheric - the amount going on in the background is particularly impressive. And I love the concussion effect.

Like Neil I'm running it on the Cat 3.9 drivers with no trouble.

I played a little online last-night before I went out for a curry and had a hoot.

I'm using the Cat 3.7 drivers, since the last lot slowed my machine to a crawl.

have a look on hardocp - there are some serious issues with those drivers other than CoD.

I got the game 2 days ago and I already finished it today.

The single player game is short.

Yeah, I completed the single player in a couple of days as well, though that was in regular mode so I'm going back throug the game in Hardened and it seems more challenging.
