I'd be more interested to know why their ebay account has been suspended.

They advertised a load of Freeloader's on ebay when it first came out, and ebay closed their account thinking it was a mod device.

Nothing to do with the fact their feedback was simply appalling?

ebay don't go about closing accounts for one off infringements of that nature.

Multiple violations of eBay's mod chip, game enhancers, and boot disc policy could result in the suspension of your account.

They listed a load for sale and a load of games that came with Freeloader. Thus account suspension.

Having been banned several times myself, that's no where near enough to get an account suspended.

Only if the five million warnings they send out are not adheard to do you get a kicking.

Anyway, is it really that hard?, people pay the money for goods and you send them. If you haven't got it, and don't know if you're going to get it, why sell it?.

There is no excuse at all for any of this.
