Haha, just what I wanted to hear... guess I shouldn't expect anything to turn up then.

I just hate getting ignored when requesting a response though... a couple of websites have done this to me now, not sent stuff out to me and ignore any e-mails sent their way to find out why. It's like they adopt an attitude of 'hey, we got your money, now get lost'. Very frustrating.

So, after having another e-mail ignored, I think maybe I should ring them (as they will find it harder to dodge me perhaps). Only thing is, their London contact number is:

      Phone # (London) (44) 2079932426

Now, is that what you dial from within the UK or is it for people in the US? I've no idea

To dial from within the UK it's 02079932426

The 44 is the international dialling code, so you don't need to use it.

Cool, thanks God help the person who answers the phone when I ring later.

Hope you get it resolved mate. Although pulling up a search on said company will reveal the Wii fiasco not to mention a ridiculous amount of other problems people have had with them, myself included.

Well I had ordered from them in the past and they seemed alright then. I won't be using them again though, that's for sure. I wouldn't have minded so much about them not sending anything as I could have just cancelled my order and gone elsewhere... however, they've charged me in full from the outset, and there's no way they're walking off with my money so easily.

Little update, I was of course shocked to find that they don't answer the phone either (just get an automated message). Ending the sarcasm there, what appears to be going on (in my opinion) is that the place has gone/is going out of business, and the owner has thought it appropriate to leave the site up and running to get some free cash off unwilling customers. Very lame if this is the case.

Needless to say I think I'm screwed as I paid using a debit card, and I doubt my bank will do much for me because of that. Gripes aside, anyone know where else I can pick up USA copies of Final Fantasy X/X-2? New or used, don't care which.

Sounds like the same thing that happened to Goblin games, who this very site were once affiliated with. I HATE it when websites don't answer calls or emails, HATE it!
If you're after anything, just stick up what you're after in the wanted section, and I'm sure some chappie from here can hook you up.

I didn't want to drag this thread up yet again, but... just flicking through Game Central on teletext a few minutes ago, and they've recommended the bloody website as a reliable source for imports! Guess I should have my say on that matter?

I tried to cancel my order for the PC version of PSU with them when I found out you could only play if you had a US address (at the time). Sent them loads of emails, got no reply and the game 4 weeks later ¬¬ Meanwhile VG+ went and cancelled all orders of the game from non North American users straight away. I knew I should have gone with them
