i did own a pal cube for a week so i completed starfox but thats the only game i had, oh i did have mario kart for a day.

If it was in good condition and complete, then I'd say that was a great price. As for games to recommend, I suggest you look in this thread to do with our reviews:

Of course that only lists what got reviewed on GC format. If there's a multiformat title you spot in another format that also came out on GC, then probably suggest you can get that too

?53 is a fantastic price as long as it's in good condition.
As for what games to get it depends what you're interested in.
I have close to 30 Cube games and I'd say these are the best available

      JPN Only:
      WE6
      Kero Kero King
      PC Genjin
      Star Soldier

      USA and JPN:
      Animal Crossing
      Viewtiful Joe
      Zelda
      Mario Kart
      R:Racing
      F-Zero
      Metroid
      Mario Golf
      Cubivore
      Ikaruga
      P.N.03
      Pikmin
      Smash Bros
      Mario Sunshine
      Luigis Mansion

The good thing is that over 3/4 of these games are GC exclusive so they should be fresh, new games to you. There is pretty much a bit of everything in that list.

Kubrick is spot on about the pad and leads.
A wavebird, and in particular a RGB scart lead, are as essential as most games IMO.

              PC Genjin
              Star Soldier

what kind of games are these?

i know i need a RGB lead but that will have to wait as ?40 is a bit much right now .

If you can find winning eleven 6 get 3 copies.

Its nigh on impossible to get hold of. Me and strider are desparately looking for a copy.

Iv been actively searching for 2 months.

Its terribly hard to get hold of and is normally ?40-?50 when found.

what kind of games are these?
Three of my favourite games, 2 of which are very quirky and fairly obscure. All 3 are now budget games and can be bought for around ?20 on Play Asia.

Kero Kero is similar to a golf game with a twist. Rather than hitting balls you hit frogs and you don't use a club, you strike with a little hammer. Rather than getting the frog in the hole in the fewest shots you have to get points by reaching certain points on the course that trigger events, but ultimately you do have to get it in the hole.

PC Genjin is an old fashioned 2D platformer. It is based on an old game but they have redone the graphics.

Star Soldier is a shooter, similar in style to Shiki or Ikaruga. Again it's based on an older game and the graphics don't compare to Ikaruga but it is fantastic.

If you plan on playing Viewtiful Joe, many shooters or PC Genjin then I would recommend a SNES style Hori pad as the Cubes D-Pad can be very fiddly. As for WE6 ask Venom of these boards of the eBay. It is the best football game on the machine and unfortunately Konami won't be releasing another Cube version anytime soon.

can you tell me if this-http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-70-2oo-71-4a.html
is that super adventure island what was on the snes? if it is i love that game so thats on my list.

                          also a snes style pad

PC Genjin- was this released in the uk on any console first time around? if it was what was the name? just seen it was bonk outside of japan, is that the one where he headbutted people?

just one more question does that warpipe thing work properly yet?

PC Genjin was called PC Kid I think. Never played the original but it is an update of that apparently. And yep, the main guy defeats the enemies by nutting 'em.

Again that link is Super Adventure Island and is fairly good. I had it for a while but sold it on recently. Same series as the SNES one I think, but not sure as I haven't played the original.

                            As for warppipe, dunno.
Kinda forget about it when it 1st wouldn't work on a mac. When they got it working on a mac it apparently had problems with people who used wireless connections for the net (me) so haven't looked at the site for a bit.

It is so unique and fun though, worth it just for the factor with some of the crazy stuff in it. Typical mad Japanese TBH.
It is so charming though. And it comes in one of those tiny boxes that everybody

If you haven't already played it on the dreamcast, I'd recommend

                              Skies of Arcadia: Legends
